Yeah, yeah. there’s no such thing as chicken satay.
Marinade Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground white peper corns
- 1/2 tsp ground corriander seeds (combine with)
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp tumeric poweder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbap pomegranate syrup
- 125 cup coconut milk
- 500G chicken, sliced into even strips
- small bit of chopped cilantro (for garnish/final topping)
Marinade Instructions
- Combine and marinade for 2 hrs min (overnight good)
Cooking Instructions
- Grill
- Without grill, try broiling 5 minutes/side
- Or just pan fry, but the sauce will get very stuck to pan. nonstick if possible
- top with cilantro
