Ingredients
- 50 gram unsalted butter
- 100 gram dark chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp Baileys or other chocolate liqueur
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Directions
Put oven on 225C (437F)
- Whisk egg, egg yolk and sugar to white and fluffy consistency.
- Melt the butter and add the dark chocolate.
- Take the pot from the heat and stir until all the chocolate melted. Add the liqueur.
- Mix everything and pour into 4 ramekins
- Bake in oven for 10 min.
- Sprinkle with powered sugar.
Notes
- The mixture can be make ahead of time and kept in ramekins in the fridge
