Inspired by Les Choupettes de ChouChou in Paris which seems to have closed :-(
Ingredients Dough
- 65 g milk
- 65 g water
- 65 g butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0,5 tsp salt
- 65 g vetemjöl (1 dl)
- 2 Àgg
- pearl sugar
Ingredients Filling Cream
- 3dl double cream
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Directions for Dough
1.â â Oven 175 C 2.â â Put water, milk, butter, sugar & salt in a non-stick pot and boil until butter is melted. 3.â â Add flour a little at a time so it doesn’t clump, stir properly until a batter sticking together. 4. Keep the pot on the heat and stir constantly for a few minutes to âfryâ the batter. 5.â â Put batter in a bowl to cool off a little. 6.â â Whisk the eggs spearatel, in a bowl. 7.â â Add the eggs a little by little untul the batter is smooth. 8.â â Use a piping bag and pipe 22-24 balls. Sprinkle pearl sugar on top. 9.â â Bake for 30min until golden. Do not open oven until they are all done!

- put cream in a piping bag
- poke a small hole in each chupette, and fill with cream
