Gnocchi with spicy sausage
Gnocchi with spicy sausage are awesome

Ingredients
- 250 gram gnocchi
- 2 spicy sausages
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- tenderstem broccoli
- grated parmesan
Directions
- Heat up the olive oil in a large pan on medium heat, add the sausage and break it up with a spoon, cook it until browned. Add the tomato paste and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the gnocchi, drain but save 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
- Steam the broccoli.
- Add the gnocchi and broccoli to the pan with the sausage. Add butter and mascarpone and half of the cooking water. Cook it all for a minute and stir it all together. Add the remaining cooking water, stir.
- Serve with grated parmesan on top.
Notes
If sausage is not spicy enough just add some cayenne pepper.
