Ingredients
- 500g Pork Loin
- 8g chopped herbs yield
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions - Pork Loin (mustard)
- Salt/Pepper outside
- Brown in pan (1 minute per 3-4 sides)
- Remove from pan, brush with dijon mustard
- Cover with herbs evenly on all sides
- finish in oven for 13-15 minutes until 60
Notes
- if doing with potato feta gretain, reduce oven time and can put in toward the end of the potato time
- if bigger loin, adjust herbs and dijon amount
