Ingredients

  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 mango
  • 3/4 red onion
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sriracha sauce

Directions

  1. Chop bellpeppers, mango and onion into small pieces.
  2. Chop cilantro and add it, squeeze the lime over everything.
  3. Salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Cover it and let it sit for at least 30 min before serving.
  5. Top with sriracha sauce.

Notes

Serve with chicken and couscous!
