Mexcican corn (Elote)
Mexcican corn is awesome
Ingredients
- Corn
- Creme fraiche
- Parmesan cheese grated
- Hot sauce, such as Chulula hotsauce
- Salt
Directions
- turn oven to 225C
- If the corn doesn’t have the husk wrap it in foil and bake for about 1 hour.
- Roll it in creme fraiche, cover with grated cheese and drizzle hot sauce over. Enjoy!
