Mexican fruit salad
Mexican fruit salad are awesome
Ingredients
- Watermelon
- Cucumber
- Lime
- Orange
- Jicama (or substitue with Kholrabi)
- Salt
- Chile powder (optional)
Directions
- Dice into bit-sized pieces (2-3cm)
- pour citrus over diced fruit
- salt to taste (and add chile powder)
- let sit for 30 minutes or eat right away
