Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted cherries, cut in half
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 (small) sprig rosemary
- 1/4 tsp crushed chile flakes
- 1/2 tsp maldon salt
Directions
- put it all in a small pot, and bring to just a boil (until sugar/liquid is clear)
- put in small container, so liquid covers cherries as muc has possible
- cover and let sit for at least 1 hr.
