Ingredients
- 1 medum red onion, peeled and very thinly sliced (with mandolin)
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp maldon salt
- 1.5 tbsp palm sugar
- pinch of oregan
Directions
- bring liquid to boil with salt and sugar
- remove from heat
- add oregano
- pour overp onions
- cover and let cool
Notes
- if eating immediately, minimum 1 hr
- ideally overnight
