Salsa Verde
Green Tomatillo Salsa is awesome

Ingredients
- 1 can tomatillos (450g yield)
- 3-4 jalapeño chiles (100g)
- 1/2 white* onion
- 1 big fistful of cilantro (size?)
- 3 big-ass pieces garlic, 4/5 small
- Salt to taste (~1/2 tsp fine salt)
Directions
- remove tomatillos from tin, take out of water, put in blender*
- bring small pot of water to boil
- boil: chiles, garlic, onion for 8 minutes
- remove and put in blender with cilantro, salt and lime
- (save 1/2 cup liquid, add to blender)
- blend
- lime/salt to taste
Directions
- if tomatillos are fresh, you must also put them in boling water
- *if no blender, in bowl/ 600ml container for immersion blender. if no immersion blender, i guess
