Scrambled egg sandwich is awesome

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbp butter
  • 1 tbsp milk, cream, or other dairy (yogurt is good)
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • green salsa
  • cheese

Directions

  1. beat eggs
  2. add dairy, beat until well-intgrated (no lumps)
  3. warm pan, add butter
  4. don’t let butter burn/turn brown, but make sure it’s nice and hot
  5. add egg
  6. put bread in toaster
  7. let eggs start to solidify, scrape and make little pile in the middle and let liquid fill pan
  8. repeat, don’t let overcook
  9. bread should be done. butter it
  10. add eggs, sprinkle salsa to taste, shave some cheese on there.
