Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbp butter
- 1 tbsp milk, cream, or other dairy (yogurt is good)
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- green salsa
- cheese
Directions
- beat eggs
- add dairy, beat until well-intgrated (no lumps)
- warm pan, add butter
- don’t let butter burn/turn brown, but make sure it’s nice and hot
- add egg
- put bread in toaster
- let eggs start to solidify, scrape and make little pile in the middle and let liquid fill pan
- repeat, don’t let overcook
- bread should be done. butter it
- add eggs, sprinkle salsa to taste, shave some cheese on there.
