Spicy Frozen Pineapple Margarita
Makes 3-4 margaritas
Ingredients
Pitcher:
- 2cups. Frozen pineapple chunks
- 120ml white tequila
- 60ml Cointreau
- 60ml lime juice
- 30ml light agave syrup
- 1 cup ice (very small cubes)
- 3 thick slices of jalapeno (from the top end with the seeds)
- Tajin*
- Maldon salt

- Put in a blender (not salt and tajin, dummy)
- Blend
Note on tajin
- Mix blend of salt and tajin for lip.
- Tajin has
