Spicy Dill Pickles

Ingredients
Into a 500ml Jar
- 200g baby cucumbers(4 about 14cm length), cut in quarters
- 2 good-sized dill fronds
- 2 med garlic cloves, halved
- 1 birdseye chile (or 2 Jalapeños)
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 tsp mustard seed
Brine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Directions
- get 500ml jar
- heat water, vinegar, salt, sugar until dissolved
- add everything else to jar
- pour liquid
- let cool outside, or room temperature then fridge
