Swedish chocolate cookies

Ingredients

• 5 dl flour
• 200 gram butter
• 2 dl sugar
• 5 tbsp cacao
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
• 1 egg for brushing
• pearl sugar

Directions

1. Put oven on 200 C.

2. Mix sugar and butter.

3. Mix rest of ingredients together and add it to the sugar and butter mix.

4. Roll out 6 lengths, about 2 cm thick.

5. Flatten them a bit, brush them with egg and sprinkle with the pearl sugar.

6. Bake in middle of oven for 10-12 min.

7. Cut them as soon as they come out of oven.
