Ingredients
- 1.75 lb ground beef (800g)
- 0.75 dl chopped onions
- 1.1 dl milk
- 1.1 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp pepper
Directions
- Mix milk and bread crumbs, let it sit for 10 min.
- Add the rest and mix.
- Make the balls and place on baking tray.
- Bake in oven 480F (250C) for about 20min.
